Refund policy

All Cynthia Pinot/ The Quantum Muse photographic prints , canvas and products are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.



If your order is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. 

When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged photographic prints purchased through The Quantum Muse Print Shop ( are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace an item. 

To start a return due to a damaged product, you can contact us at Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Shipments within the United States, the EU and the UK will not be subject to import duties or import taxes. Local/state tax may apply, and will be collected at checkout. Shipments to other countries may be liable to customs fees & taxes. In all cases as the buyer you will be responsible for any charges that do apply. Our courier DHL will notify you in this case, and will collect payment. Failure to pay duties and taxes where applicable will result in a delay to your shipment, and we will not accept returns on the basis of customs fees or taxes being applied.
